A curtain drain helps to channel groundwater away from your house. It consist of a trench that slopes downhill, a length of perforated pipe wrapped in filter fabric, sloped gently downhill to direct water. The curtain drain is covered with a layer of gravel to keep it accessible in case blockages need clearing or repairs need to be made.
